Work Package 1

WP1 deals with managerial and coordination actions of the project. The main objectives are sound administrative and financial management coordination in accordance with EU-based standards, including effective communications with the EC, quality control and coordination of activities described in WPs [3-7], constant supervision of all partner-related issues, anticipating any major problems in advance and set up of a communication framework and managing communication flow in order to actively deal with project associated risks with effective contingency measures and preparation of Data Management Plan (DMP) and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) framework.
